Technically the "impossibility" of traveling across the universe in one "day"--or "night" if you prefer--isn't all that impossible with the right applied physics.

Oh, it's probably entirely possible to travel from one end to the universe to the other. I've seen teleportation devices that can do it.

The issue lies in the fact that he has to deliver all the toys in one night. Even doing it only on Earth is fairly impossible, and now he'd have at least two planets to deliver toys on.

Possibly more. I suppose he might get some relief if Christmas Eve isn't on the same night for every world....

Considering it's more of an Earth custom than anything, I'm not even sure he'd have to bother with the rest. However, you're still thinking linearly. Teleportation isn't the only way he'd have to effect the world around him in order to get the job done.

He'd also have to slow down and/or travel through time to effectively manage it.

It's more an Earth Custom, but Fortuna residents seem to know about it as well. It could be from us, but with the gusto the scientists put into the decorations, I think it was here before.

Hmm, I suppose it's possible that he could have some sort of time travel artifact. The only one I know about, though, is the Time Scepter, and I don't think Lord Simultaneous would just loan that out so easily. Also, I don't know of any technology that allows for time travel, and I really don't know much about magic.
