I loved it when a competing ISP called our helpdeskphone and wanted to sell a 2 Mbit dsl line. When told "We already have 2x622Mbit + 2x2 gbit peering and 4 gbit global transit" the salesguy didn't understand what I was talking about.

The line "We are the fourth largest ISP in this country" didn't register, he kept droneing on.
