last time I worked in techsupport, we had to be VERY nice to customers, but a single word we didn't like, and we put the phone down.

she comes in in person >.<. I regularly have to just retreat to the far end of the shop and let Boss deal with her.

I am extremely blessed at work in that I don't have customers that pull that crap on me, only brain-damaged people manning the phone firewall. (and not all of them- we are very slowly getting in competent techs as the lazy ones decide that they are too bored with skiving their work off to others and find greener pastures.)
