Getting a job I really wanted in the midst of a severe depression/being told I couldn't do it.

Probably a culmination of all the moments where I had to tell/people saw my weaknesses.

If I can change my actions at that moment: when I took my cat to the vet and left her overnight. Change: I would never never have left her there.
If I can't change what happened: A few moments after some really good sex where I actually felt ok with life.
