Ive never been so sick in my life. Today is the first day out of bed since last Friday except on Monday to go to the doctor. Now I'm back at work wishing I was back in bed again.

I know depression doesn't help, but christ, can I please have *one* fucking day of feeling decent???

That I'm sick. Nothing. Same thing they always say.

I think it's mostly depression combined with long term stress.
