Im sorry. I watched my mother die a little over a year ago. I was the only one to spend time with her on the last night she was lucid. I fed her dinner and tried to sit her upright even though she was on an oxygen tank. the next day she was unconscious, unable to speak or move because she was so weak. She died on monday morning, It happened right after the family got there. my sister and I held her hand before she officially lost all vital signs.

i was the only one there with my grammy when she passed away last december. it was pretty hard, but i'm glad i was there. she was very special to me, and to have her go while i held her hand meant the world to me...and her too i'm sure.
