Last week I had to deal with a kid who had cut himself while he was completely intoxicated. Long story short he threatened to kill me and other student staff while we were worrying about his bleeding hand which he managed to cut open without knowing exactly how ( Read more... )

If possible, is there a way you can ask your instructors to take your finals on a different date? If you go in before the finals day and explain the situation with them, they can probably work something out. I dont know what your policy is, but at OSU it varies from instructor to instructor.

hehe the great thing about me is that almost all the teachers, and staff know me by name. The other day one of the student here stole my final drawing project for Life Drawing while I was working on it down stairs during work and had to help a student. The teacher was a little hesitant but is letting me make it up just by going to another class instead. I'm so thankful.
I've spoken to my councilor about the entire thing. She already knew, but I let her know about me getting supenad and all she needs is a copy of the supena. The school legally has to give me the chance to make up my finals on another day because I have to go to court or jail. So yea, it's ok just crazy ^_^

We had a Database project last semester, and two weeks before due date a couple of our group members kept arguing about our ERD (entity relationship diagram). One person kept going scope creep, scope creep, so we picked a minor change and went from there.

Oh yea. The sad thing about the entire thing is we were just trying to help the kid out, figure out how he got cut, find who hit him, and make sure he was going to be ok, but alas he was so drunk all he felt like doing was threaten to beat us up and then decided that killing us would be a better idea *sigh* I'm hating teenagers all over again.
