Okay, try to bear with me on this one. The philisophical repercussions are astronomical.

Now, I'm confident that most of you are familiar with the proof that women are evil. In case you don't, I'll post it here.

proof that women are the root of all evil )

Joe={what(the)}(hel)^l=are(you):even(tal)=(king)+ab(ou(t)):(?)I('m(pretty))={(sure)I(pro(ved))}{ma(th)was(fa(ke))}*

ergo, math=fake

*nod nod*

Plus, I think if Darth Vader ever proved anything, it's that evil is so not negative.

Evil is negative by definition. Darth Vader proves this in that his own fall was destructive to himself (even ignoring movie three's silliness, we know it happened), and he was the one who eventually turned on his own master. Ergo, as evil destroys everything, including itself, it is, ultimately, negative.

I thought you were a math major, not some douchebag philosophy major like I almost was.

Need to make your work more clear for full credit. =P

Just because YOU don't understand what I'm talking about doesn't mean it's unclear. =P Actually I did have trouble with the inner product, because the usual way to notate that is using ><, which gives trouble because of the code, so I ended up using :

Incidentally, this proof only works for certain vector spaces. So the evilness/goodness of women just depends on which vector space you're talking about, and how you define the inner product. And, of course, if you try to do it over the field of real numbers the whole thing just falls apart.

Also, you may want to work on simplifying your language. While I'm no expert, it recently came to my attention that roughly five out of seven English, Journalism, and Communications majors didn't know what the X-axis was off the tops of their heads.

Made me go "o_O" and then "I must inform Joe."

Apparently to kids in the writing disciplines, I'm a math genius.

I thought of that, but this would have been several pages (ish) long if I were to make it understandable to the lay man.

And BWAH!?!?! Not know what the x-axis is?!? Holy fucking crap dude!

Joe you are awesome... I love you. LOL That was great...and yes we are the root of all evil. By The Way kick Sam for calling philosophy a douchbag major.... I resent that considering it is my major now.
