Hopefully you don't mind comments, because I'm leaving one.

I love this~ The boys being injured and hospitalised by Mycroft before going into Witness Protection (or whatever it is in the UK) was my head canon that I conjured up for the finale. I'm glad I'm not the only one!

I feel sorry for John... Ormond Sacker. I can only thank his lucky stars that Doyle never gave him that name originally. I'm so happy with all the parallels in this! Are you writing more? You may not know where the hell you're going with this, but so far it's wonderful~

Oh, I ADORE comments ;)!

And I'm equally glad I wasn't the only one who thought this was plausible. Holmes sort of did it in the original, so why not twist it up again now?

Ormond Sacker...what a name. Not sure John's going to react well to that. Sherlock might keep it under wraps for a while yet, hehehe.

SO glad you're enjoying this!!!

Over from sherlockbbc. This is wonderful and I love how really Sherlock-like you plan his escape.

Thank you! Sherlock thinks so far ahead sometimes, and covers as many issues as he can. Too clever for his own good. Fortunately, John puts a spanner in that occasionally and surprises him. ;) I'm very glad you're enjoying this!

Am really enjoying this. Plot and h/c and Mycroft! Looking forward to the next installment :)

Thank you very, very much! I'm afraid Mycroft won't be quite as present. They're on the run now, so what better excuse could Sherlock have for avoiding him? Now let's see if I can just keep hold of the plot! The H/C is inevitable. XD

I just went to comment on the first part of this story and noticed there was a second. I love Sherlock's concern for John and his perfect control of the situation. And I especially loved this line: “John Watson,” he says. “You’ve been shot.”

Haha, thank you! Comfort doesn't seem to come easily to Sherlock, does it? So I thought straightforward is how he'd attempt to tackle this particular situation...just lacking in a little dexterity and tact. :)
