Ingredients
Red Lentils, Carrots, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Cardomen, Plummed tomatoes, Oil, Salt, Sugar

Method
Gently fry onion and garlic until soft
Add finely diced carrot and potato
Cook until soft
Add lentils and tomatoes
Add sugar salt taste
