Very easy again. I liked it a lot, Brian liked it but he likes his stews with a thicker broth and this one did not have a very thick broth. This is more of a winter dish but since it is in a slow cooker it didn't make the apartment too hot.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm looks just like what I got in Ireland! ;o) And yes Irish stews' broth isn't as thick as we're used to. More for the bread/potatoes to sop up. :o)

She gets a call almost every recipe I make. It is either her or Brian and sometimes both! I keep telling myself one day I will learn and not have to call her or ask him. In time I guess
