Sorry with unhappiness of the post before. I was just dealing with the fact that A)I do not have any friends down here and no matter how hard I try I cant seem to find people who want to be my friend, B) even if I did have friends we dont really, responsibly, have the money to do anything, and C) if we were going to be irresponsible and spend money

I am sorry you don't have a lot of friends there. It's so so hard at that stage of life. So many coupled-without-kids just don't have friends or have their college/high school friends. Unless you meet people at work it's almost impossible to find people...or hey you could always try church! :D

It's tough. I dont drink, but I dont advertise that in hopes of an invitation, and thats one of my age groups major fascinations at this point so thats tough. I might as well advertise the fact that I dont drink (not against responsible drinking...just getting wasted) since I dont get any invites anyway. Everyone I come across at work have always been friendly and I would call them work friends but not one of them has asked me to do anything outside of work and I have even asked and no one has taken me up on it. Then when you do find someone you cant help wonder if they actually really like you or they feel sorry for you so they are hanging with you anyway so you end up acting real reserved which definately makes them think you are weird and ends that instantly

Thanks Alison! Congrats on the upcoming wedding! Ya all of my friends started out as Brian's friends and they are very nice and a lot of fun but not my own :-\. Another thing to make me miss college :)

Sorry to hear about the lonely stretch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GLAD your friend from VA is down with the puppy. Your hard work is an inspiration and I can understand why Brodie shows you off toother students. You have really done an amazing thing since January without deprivation and doing exercise. Bravo!!!!!!!
