Thank you for another wonderful Brokeback Mountain Fanmix.
I never told you so, but I downloaded your SN fanmix Two cowboy waltz way back last year and the music and -needless to say- the story from the genius Jenna is with me quite often.
Sadly I can´t thank Jenna because her LJ is shut down- what a loss-, but
I can tell you that I love, love, love the story and your music - in which I can easily imagine a certain scene and mood of the story.

I truly agree with you about the genius of Jenna and her marvelous, healing story. I miss the anticipation of waiting for the posting of her next chapter(or chapters) - it was wonderful when they arrived, almost like Christmas! I also miss Jenna's LJ journal and the "Somebody New" LJ Community tremendously - I really enjoyed reading all the excellent commentary that appeared there, and I learned so much from it.

Thanks so much for your great comment, it is greatly appreciated! Did you try any of my other Somebody New fanmixes? Some liked my first one best of all. It had instrumental pieces from the film score for "The Shawshank Redemption" by Thomas Newman, along with the songs I selected. I used those because this music had been used to great effect in the movie trailer for Brokeback Mountain. These older fanmixes are still available on my journal if you are interested.

Cheers - you made my day! Tom =B^{D>

What a lovely comment - it is greatly appreciated! All the credit needs to go to the inspiration, the song lyrics which seemed to fit the story, and the great performances by the vocalists.

Cheers!
