I called Brian the other night. I’m not sure why, there really wasn’t much of a reason. Loneliness? Possibly. Maybe guilt… or maybe I just missed him. I LOVE Alana Davis. My favourite song from her is from her first album and it's titled "Free." It's a beautiful and yet kind of sad song. Blame it on me is also another favourite.

I've done the same as you, tried to bring her up for conversation and no one knows who the hell I'm talking about, or if they do, they hate her for remaking an ani difranco song. (Whic, although I love ani difranco so very much, I think Alana covered it beautifully).

It's cool to know that 2 other people out there have heard of her.

Another amazing voice belongs to Amel Larrieux. She was previously in the band "Groove Theory" but left to persue a solo carreer.

Ok, I'll stop bugging you two now.

Our island has been chaotic without the help of your expert guidance. There are a few people who need to exit off the end of our Cliff of Doom, but maybe we can discuss that in a more private manner later.
