I was gonna say "practice for more than a half hour, you weak little bitch", but then I noticed the multiple session technique, which is better anyway. SHIT i didn't practice today.

I've tried that before and it has only worked once... freshman year mid winter break.

Seems rather ambitious considering you're a senior and should have major senioritis. You also seem to be missing..you know...the spring break part of it. 2 hrs leisure? That's it. I know IB is tough but com'on, don't let it control you. Btw, what kind of martial arts are you doing again?

I'm actually not doing any specific martial art right now. I used to do Kung Fu when I was in elementry school, and I experimented with some Tai Chi people in the Seattle area, but punches are always good. Mainly I just work on getting the punches out with 5 things in mind (non-telegraphic movements/speed, Power, Accuracy and balance). I dunno, if anything it'll help me build up some of those muscles, really I'm so out of shape right now that anything would help.

it's how I am too. But now, if I'm ever confused about what I should be doing when I'm sick of wasting time, I have a nice list and time table to remind me.
