is there a phone number of an Investigation Officer stated on the letter? you can contact him/her regarding your case.. just give the case reference no.! you can ask how he was caught.. if you are still interested to find out!

i have the number.. but since last Saturday.. I've been working the graveyard shift. So I haven't got the time to call since they operate only during bz hrs at the claim office.
Tomorrow lor.. I'll be off for one day and back to graveyard again until Saturday.
