*i didnt sleep well last night, infact i havnt slept well since well since about 15 days ago. i keep waking up at all hours of the nigth, and sometimes i wake up crying and dont know why. i go in for my follow up from the re-evaluation i had for my adhd on the 15, and then if they think i "need" it they are going to medicate me again for that
