What's Going On Lately
Hmm, well figured I'd give you all an update. Emilee is 15 days old, and I am happy as can be. Sure I'm lacking in the sleep department lately, but I really don't seem to mind. If I need a nap, I'll take one and know that Ray can watch her for an hour or two. But she is so cute, I don't ever mind her being demanding. Lol and that's sort of what she ( Read more... ) -

That's right! Emilee Hadassah Iolani Perez (yes, two middle names.) was born on July 16th at 10:54pm. I was in labor from Tuesday at 4pm until Wednesday at 10:54pm, but I was only pushing for about 50 minutes...but that was the worst 15 minutes of it! That hurt SOOO bad. Okay so since Emilee is stubbornly refusing to come out of her own free will, she's being evicted by the doctors today. This means I'll be hooked up to a large IV filled with Pitocin to induce labor...yay? I keep hearing that induced labor hurts worse, which is just peachy. Okay so it is July 2nd, my due date...and Emilee has absolutely no intention of joining us outside my belly. *le sigh* And I can't even get induced for two reasons, the military doesn't induce till 42 weeks, and even if they did, my cervix isn't thin enough to do it.
