So a customer comes to the store with a bracelet with a small split in one of the flowers. This split looked as though it would affect the links, so the product was clearly faulty.

I have an interesting relationship with my friend, whom I have previously called Rarity on here. We were very close indeed for a while last academic year, then seemed to drift apart a bit.
