I kind of forgot, once again, that I even have a Livejournal and that I have interesting friends who posts things here. It seems I also forgot that I was attempting to record my attempt to go off SSRIs here. I hate to be a bearer of bad news, but with some people, the withdrawal lasts forever so that the people can never get off the SSRI. :(

But what we can try is to see if creating a serotonin rich diet can improve your symptoms when you get off.

Also 5HTP is a TEMPORARY supplement you can take to help spike serotonin when you get a low that tries to force you back onto the SSRI.

Thank you. I have heard of a few people who have this problem, but I was just hoping they were a very tiny minority and not me. I dunno, I seem to be very sensitive to changes in brain chemistry, which is why I've been able to be on such small doses to begin with, and I suspect, why I've been unable to quit.
