Congrats! I don't have any suggestions for nicknames but you don't have to really go by his first name to make a nick name. My daughters name is Mackenzie but we call her Kenzie or Sweet Pea because that is her flower :)

in Spanish (I'm Mexican) Robert is translated at Roberto and my cousin is Beto which you can pronounce B-eh-toh (the Mexican way) or B-ay-tow, the American way. I think it's a cute variant if you don't like Bobby
