Boston progress report

I made it into Boston yesterday... the flight was pleasant, tho we had to sit on the runway for nearly 20 minutes getting deiced... I didn't mind so much, since I've been pretty engrossed in The Ruins, by Scott Smith (the Simple Plan guy).  Great horror and survival story... on my way out of Jay's Bookstore with it, Jay stopped me and told me that

i can't remember if it was the museum of science or the children's museum (hell, maybe it was both), but i LOVED it when i lived up there. i also have fond memories of a restaurant called the 99, but it's probably basically an applebee's or friday's or something. and if you go seafood and are thinking clam strips, do not take the "with bellies" option if you're given it.

man... I had so much good food in Boston. I ate at the Union Oyster House twice, and the Legal Seafood joint twice as well... both times were fantastic. No clams though... I typically stick with the boring fried fish... I have a problem eating the entire animal of anything.
