Round 4: Posting Instructions

Nov 23, 2014 23:08

Congratulations to all the authors and artists who have taken on this challenge! It’s almost time for posting, but first, let’s break down how this is going to go.

Posting Instructions
Leading up to your assigned posting day ( see schedule) authors and artists will need to coordinate. Both authors AND artists should make a post to their respective sites (one for the fic, one for the art) and provide each other with the appropriate links. If a team wishes to embed the artwork within a fic, they are free to do so, but there should still be a separate post for the art that can be linked to this comm.

Posting to your LJ/tumblr/AO3:
You will be posting your fic/art to your preferred hosting site(s). You will NOT be posting the fic or art itself to this community, just linking to it. Please lock/queue your posts if you plan on putting things up prior to your official posting date.

Posting to the community
Only one person needs to post to this comm, and each author/artist team should coordinate who will be doing so. Posting is moderated, but as long as you follow the guidelines and have working links, we'll approve your post. If including a banner to your post to the community please keep the width under 500px.

The post subject line should read: Title (rating)

And your heading information should be formatted as follows:

Title:
Author:
Artist:
Type: (gen, slash, het, crossover, noir - whatever you think applies to your fic)
Word Count:
Rating:
Characters/Pairings:
Warnings: (sexual context, non-con, violence, strong language, characters death, etc.)
Summary:
