*Spoilers* Jeff Davis said Derek is a hubris, and will be (I think he said) humbled by the end of the season because Derek isn't quite ready to be an Alpha (though thinks he is). I'm jumping to things like death (considering the hunters). So, Derek falls pretty hard and blames himself for his decisions. Jackson's derailed too and is left pretty much alone. Derek encounters him and realizes he's not lost everything.

This isn't in reference to the content of this thread, but are you aware that the expression "butthurt" comes from a rape joke, and actually means, "Stop acting like a rape victim, it's not that big deal."

It's incredibly offensive.

Reliable source? I've seen that on Tumblr and I've also seen things on Tumblr and elsewhere that said there isn't any truth to that being the etymology.
