im so confused on this whole thing. ive seen a few people do it. explain !!

ok so you go to this page and put in your journal name.
two minutes later you will see a list. the list has lj names on it. what this thing is it scans your buddy list. it takes the names from your buddy list and goes to your friends buddylist. and if a few people on YOUR buddylist have added the same person.. that name will show up.

does that make sense?
