I used to write in this every day. Everyday I would write some kind of nonsense about what I had done - silly trivial things that went on some kind of neverending loop. It was very simple, my life's always been quite uncomplicated. But now I don't write at all. Because everything still seems trivial.

- check to see if there are people I care about
- if no, happily live in cold isolation for a while without having to deal with feelings
- if yes, make a short list of some who come to mind
- go give them hugs (replace hugs with low-effort act of caring of choice)
- some of their (hopefully positive) feelings rub off on you
- voila, you feel happy stuff.
- repeat when feelings wash out.
