Yes. But some times it's hard to distinguish. Especially if you were just like, super happy, and then you went into that whole "medium stage." Since you're not super happy anymore, you feel like you're pretty sad ,despite the fact that it's pretty much your mind playing tricks on you.
Most people generally fall somewhere within the first three, with a couple of the lower ones popping in occasionally. I, on the other hand, usually fall within the apathetic to vaguely depressed range, with some okay, some kinda happy, and some pretty depressed. The REALLY depressed was back when I was in my major depressive episode.
Well,I always find that when I find something bigger...like when I go somewhere better....It's harder to get the feeling you felt then when you go somewhere good...I dunno it's weird. Like disney land for example. I went there as a kid and loved it,but now I've been to better places and it doesnt give me that same sense of happyness...and I feel like I should be getting...not neccesairly in disneyland, but thats just perspective.
hey yea i find a lot of things that used to make me happy arent doing much anymore i think its because you get used to things and then you dont cherish them i dont know, i suck at life
