Lafayette!!!
Ok so Friday night was fun... we had a big diverse group at manda's house and watched TROY (with naked brad pitt!!!) Then Saturday morning the great adventure to Lafayette started!!! We met at McDonald's and ate breakfast and then went to the bowling alley and watched momfirmin play her 3 games and me and lynne went and played this cool fishing game and we each won a stuffed animal and all that fun stuff and then we went and checked in at our hotel! So we just kinda sat around for a little while and waited for momfirmin to finish her beer and then we went to the mall. I saw Janey there but i didnt realize it was her until it was too late... i waved to her but i didnt get to go talk to her... i really wish i would've!!!!! i haven't seen her since... freshman year in new orleans!!!! anyway sooo yea momfirmin didn't have any money so the two of us were just following lynne around and we were gettin ready to leave and lynne said she'd buy us candy so we go to the candy store... first off lynne got the sugar free candy and then i had to go dump it back and then when we had the non-sugar free, fattening candy she went to check out and it turned out to be $16 worth of candy!!! the lady was like "that'll be $16.36" and lynne was like "what was that?" OMG it was hilarious!!!! we couldn't stop laughing!!! So then we went back to the hotel and got all pretty and dressed up and went to dinner at momfirmin's cousin's restaurant!! We spent like 3 hours there but it was still fun!!! Then when we got back to the hotel there was music playin and all this stuff and it ended up that there was a mardi gras ball goin on so we went to the room put our purses down, grabbed a beer and headed on down... we were gonna sneak in but then these two girls saw us and were like hey ya'll wanna come to the party so we just kinda followed them in and stuff... we were soo incredibly out of place cause everyone else was in their formal stuff and we had pants and skirts on!!! we stood in this little corner and sorda danced while everyone looked at us cause we were way under dressed and we looked like idiots cause we were the only ones dancin in the corner we were in!!! but omg it was so fun!! we stayed for like 10 minutes and decided to go back upstairs cause lynne was scared and didnt feel we belonged... so on the way up this drunk woman was like can you stop at 2 before you go to 4 and i pointed to the 2 button that was lit and said ok we are see and she was like ok just make sure you stop at 2 before you go to 4 please! i need to stop at 2 before you go to 4! it was so funny!!! i love drunk people!!! so we ended up watchin fresh princey (LOL hahahaha) for a little while then went to sleep and then got woken up by the mardi gras people talkin really loud outside our door... and then we went and watched momfirmin bowl again and all that stuff and yea... it was a great weekend!!! and i had sooo much fun!!! and i dont think i have ever laughed that much in my life!!!!!! i love the firmins!!!!!
