yay, so nice to hear from you in dubai... am glad ty slept most of the journey (hehe, i'm sure the other passengers too!) i can understand how your parents in law feel... my grandparents cried when my baby cousin had to go to the US after about 2 years with them...

aiyah, dubai is supposed to be quite happening, give it some time, i'm sure you'll discover that it's quite a nice place afterall... your house sounds great! i wanna go and see leh! and i want to drive your jeep!

Yeah I guess it's too early to tell now and the weather's turning cooler so that's great. (I don't like the heat! When the wind blows it's like blowing the hairdryer in your face!)

Yes we just employed a maid, or rather a nanny to take care of ty when both of us goes to work, otherwise we'd have to leave ty in Spore which is impossible for me. She's great with ty and the housework too which is a total relief for me and siong.
My contract in Dubai is 2 years but we'll be coming back Spore during CNY which's late jan. I don't suppose you and family will still be around? *hopeful*

I don't have access to internet access yet in the office. And by the time I logged on to MSN after work at home it's so late for you guys already (Dubai is 4 hrs behind Spore) I'll definitely let you know when I can get access, hopefully next week or so.

peng, mom told me about your tiring trip to Dubai. Glad you are settling down. not too sure if mentioned before - have already pass m clothing to Mavis. Not sure if she has tried already. Contain both yours and mine.

Mom looks better than that initial week. So dont worry. She will be transfer to a rehad hospital in one week from now(still waiting for rehad hos's reply). She may be there for max 2 weeks.. Will update more.

Im glad mom is recovering...tell her to rest more, listen to the doctor and not to worry about us. We are settling in well dont worry. Likely to come back for CNY around maybe 25th Jan we'll keep you informed.
