Yes. I think it's supposed to stop if you run enough, but I don't. So yeah.

Depends on how much running. I was embarrasingly and audibly gasping for air at my black belt test, but they were beating my ass for an hour or so after all.

yeah, it's ouchie. i run on blacktop - which i don't think is any better. so far my knees are holding up good - it's mainly my wheezy lungs that are pissing me off!

ya know what's sad though? i can run more now at 33 than i did when i was in highschool - which is the last time i ran!

I used to be able to only run for 2 minutes at first. I'm up to around 35-40 minutes now. It gets easier over time.
