It's $18 a yard to order from spoon flower if you're ordering someone elses design. Not sure how many dog bandanas thar would be, but regular fabric from the fabric store can be as lown as $2 a yard and goes up from there.

I think they take very little fabric. I would think that having attractive advertisements on well-groomed pooches around town would be well worth 9 times the cost for fabric.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Unless you had access to a serious volume discount, spoonflower might render you obsolete. :) I do however agree that the groomer should have a custom fabric. My groomer charges enough that I bet she could cover it. (I don't care because she is AWESOME)

I think this is a brilliant plan! And even if I get priced out of the market, what I have a lost? A couple hours on a Saturday evening? Even if I make $10 total, I would think I'm ahead. Especially for having not had any risk.
