Once again it's been far too long without a post. The holidays went as well as could be expected, we were all sick. I had a terrible head cold that pretty much put me out of action, I was hopped up on a bunch of cold meds for the entire weekend. Even now I'm still kind congested. It's not been fun

Funny, I was just doing price comparisons on bathtubs. If ours is not replaced soon I will stop showering until my husband takes care of it. It was gross when we moved in and it's down right unhygienic at this point.

I made the mistake of telling Kirby that we had 6 of space down there, and that a 6 foot tub was only $50 more than the 5 foot one. By the time I told her that I had already committed in concrete to the 5 foot tub though. So now she's upset that we aren't getting the bigger one.

I was willing to shell out twice as much for this one though. She's not convinced it's big enough... she won't be able to "lay down" in it. Like anyone takes a bath with their head underwater!

The plan at this point is to go look at tubs and see what she likes.

Hmmmm, sometimes it's nice to put your head underwater. Have you ever taken a bath to just escape and heard two children screaming your name from the other room? Stick your head under the water and poof it's like they don't exist for a few precious moments.

I want the cheapest one that is not a plastic shower/bath unit with mold in it. We will upgrade in ten years, for now I just want those f'en glass doors out of there.
