Hey everyone! I just started playing a VDSL. I need my spouse to go to work, but he keeps telling me that he can't leave the children at home alone. I haven't added any new CC, so that's not the problem. The only thing I can think of is that the other adult in the household has insanely low motives and keeps falling asleep on the floor (at least

I have zero solutions (except perhaps coffee/tea, which can sometimes substitute or mimic motivation quite well, but only in certain contexts), but this whole thing made me smile.

I know! Bekah has red energy, hunger, hygiene, fun, and often bladder! She is constantly collapsing (and it doesn't help that it's winter, snowy, and this week's mini-challenge is taht they're locked out of the house)! Olaf flat refuses to go to work! He just keeps saying that he can't leave the kids alone! I even tried force error on every Sim in the place and nothing helps! He won't even leave the lot to go eat or shower! I had to cheat and add a phone in the baby hut temporarily so he could order food and not starve to death!

unrelated but I found your lj on add_me and it hates me and will not let me post a comment there. But it is so nice to find that there are some what dorky british sci-fi fans out there who are not 17. I will so be adding you.
