Well, this one is probably as gay as "thats what girls do" from the powerpuff girls movie.. but i suppose it has the same "just do your thing" attitude you're looking for. It's called "watch me shine" and a lot of times is credited to Vanessa Carlton, but its definitley not her. I can tell you it is on the legally blonde soundtrack. It's worth a listen, if it sucks, well I tried.. and it wouldnt be the first time you hated one of my songs..
