This reminds me of an episode of "Futureweapons" I saw on Discovery Channel. The theory was that ultra low frequency sound waves could be directed towards enemy fighters. These waves would cause a complete loss of bowel and bladder control.

I can live with that. The idea that someone thought it was worth spending $7 million on a gay-bomb is a little bit more puzzling.
