Look into Photoshop Elements. It's all the photo editing junk you need without any of the useless stuff you'll never figure out! I got a legal copy of mine, due to the Mac, for $80 at Fry's. :D I can resize, mess around with backgrounds and filters and there's a few little toys that it comes with too that are just fun for doing silly picture things. ^_^

i use Picasa from google. pretty brainless if you need to upload/share pictures.

to get more technical. . i wouldn't know. Picasa's proggie can remove redeye, which is about all i'd use it for anyway. .

have you tried taking it in to get pictures onto a disk at like Osco or something or Walgreens. there's always a way to get the machines to do the work for you.;)
