So usually when I cook/bake it's a very by-feel process in which I throw a bunch of shit together and hope it tastes good. Usually it does, but then I have a hard time telling people how to replicate it because it's not really a recipe. my resolution this year though is to write this stuff down so that I can recall the information and maybe work on
