Tentacle Monster: The Other White Meat

Been a while since I've passed on a recipe, so here's a particularly appropriate one for today.

Tentacle Monster Takoyaki

• 1 cup flour
• 2 1/2 cups dashi or miso broth
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 lb. boiled tentacle monster chunks
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion
