If there's a world where Darren Huckerby isn't a more impactful player than David Beckham, well, I don't want to live in that world.

Eight straight with points ... y'all are making it exciting in the West.

I've thought ESPN a little too into Notre Dame and USC in years past, but otherwise I don't really see that much college football bias, and Rece Davis is a national treasure.

However, the degree to which the WWL is in the bag for Yankees, Red Sox, Brett Favre and the whole of ACC basketball calls for a Congressional investigation and a special prosecutor.

At first I didn't like Rece Davis. I now consider him my favorite host.

I can't remember what he did, but it was something paying tribute to Munson. That's all it takes. I'm pretty easy at the end of the day.

Rece is a 'Bama alum, but he is a HUGE college football fan and immerses himself in all the traditions, all the names, the works. The wife has been surprised in years past by what he seems to know about Cal, of all places.

I think just the fact that he loves the game comes through and makes him a better broadcaster. But then, you had to think any truly great college football anchor would have to come from The Conference, right? ;]

It became pretty obvious after I started watching more college football cover on the worldwide leader that he is a Bama guy. And I'm fine with that. I don't have anything against Bama.

And I agree, his love for the game shines through. That ESS-EEE-SEE pedigree shines through yet again.
