WHY DO PEOPLE LOVE RON SO MUCH? I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT. Well I like Ron because he is just an overall amusing character. He has good qualities and bad qualities but he is just a realistic teenage...boy. Thus he can be annoying, insensitive, and all that boy stuff yet I still like his character.

His humor is alright but I don't think he is that funny. I frankly like Harry's humor a lot more.

I like Ron and all his baggage. And his loyalty. Plus Rupert Grint makes me love him even more, cos Ruprt can act not like the other two.

My power went out early this morning and I couldn't get to sleep, so I popped in my GoF DVD.

'bloody hell!' does not count as acting, imo. :(

Ron has to deal with being in the bottom rung of the Weasley ladder. High expectations and hand-me-downs are not what good childhoods are made of. And yes I know Ginny is younger but she wont get the boys clothes and being the only girl you know Molly has an extra soft spot for her. And the twins like her, whereas they kinda slag ron off at any chance.

His falling out with Hermione over Scabbers and Harry over the Triwizard tournament was a bit stupid but teenage boys ARE stupid. Essentially he's a loyal kid who'll do anything for his friends and family. Hell he went to a lair of giant spiders for Hagrid. I wouldn't fucking do that, would you?

Then there's the hilarity fo him coming from a wizarding family. I grin in that 'aw bless!' kinda way whenever he talks about the muggle world.
