For me, it's like when I say, I don't like white boys.
I see it as a perception of beauty.
I understand it, some people and cultures generally don't like "fat" girls, while others adore them and raise them up on a pedestal.
I know South America for one, is big on curves.
We have giant statues and paintings in Colombia, of La Gordas, and El Gordos, because we find that beautiful.
Whether you're skinny, or large, curves, confidence, and a pretty face is a must.
They don't like "fat" girls, excuse them for being in the idol setting, where they see a large amount of incredibly thin women, and the few curvy and proud ones,that tend to just be gag women.
Some of the Super Junior members have known each other for what, 10 years or so now?
Making them about 14 or so when they started training to make the "perfect idols".
Looks and weight was an issue naturally.
If you think about how hard these girl idols have to work to keep their weight down, and being kicked out from training because of it, imagine how they see it as?
You don't work hard, become "fat", you're no good.
I'm in the United States of America, and several people know it for being unhealthy and over weight.
From what I see, for the majority of the people, it's laziness.
I know several people have body types that make it difficult to loose weight, and there are diseases that makes them GAIN weight,
but for most people, it's refusing to eat the right things, and refusing to exercise, and then complain they're too fat.
The whole, women shouldn't be "fat" thing just makes me think of the trophy wife concept.
They want their wife to be envied by everyone. Girls will want to look like her, be her and men will want to have her.
