So. My mom works at this plasma donation center. And I happen to go there to "donate" plasma. Well, today I went in and for the second time in a row, she got me for the screening booth. So, We're going through all the normal screening stuff. You know, have you done any of these things that puts you at high risk for HIV/AIDS. Are you pregnant, etc,

Back in the day, I used to donate plasma regularly. There was one lady that worked there that did the same thing. She'd say I bled so nicely, that it was a pleasure to get the needle in me.

I know. It's so weird. There's not much you can say to it. But to hear it from your own mom ups the WTF-factor.

like the nurse who put my iv in when i had Tommy. I wasnt even paying attention and when she was done she said (in a really flaky voice like she's never seen someone bleed before) "gosh you bleed alot." and there was blood EVERYWHERE
