So. My roommate and I have a ground floor apartment. And I went to go use the bathroom and found the floor to be soaking wet. And then I went out into the living room and found the carpet to be soaked through. There's footprints still from where I stepped an hour ago. :\ There's roughly a 10'x3' area that's soaked and a 17'x2' area that's soaked in

Ohh, not cool. I live on the 2nd floor so thankfully the only time my carpet is squishy is when I flooded my bathroom and hallway.

Yes, the complex is taking care of everything for us. It's just crazy right now. @_@

yeah, but it's funny how leasing agents manage to screw you over. i'd get as much documentation as possible for when you leave that apartment, just to be safe.
