Looks delicious! I need to try making some kind of marbleized cake.
Tonight I'm making Bailey's mint chocolate chip cupcakes for St. Patrick's day at work. :D I tried a trial batch last night and used icing bags for the topping, it looks like a snowman pooped a perfect little pile on top of them.
