Customer Service is PWND!
I found out today that I got a 100% on my Secret Shopper thing! XD Take that customer service! And from what I hear they were pretty strict, too! A lot of people who work around me who always give wonderful customer service got like 68% and stuff! I win so hard. XD Apparently this means I get a pin for my lanyard from the airport and I get to
