I have an idea!

I think it's mostly because I just saw the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie, but I've always had a thing for sailboats.   And I've always had a thing for green energy, and I just found this thing online where someone has interwoven solar panels into a sort of flexible fabric.

My idea: when I retire, I want a 2 masted

How fast are maritime satellite Internet connections? I use a satellite connection and get good speeds, but it has to be pointed precisely at a specific location. On a moving boat, I presume that the technology that they're using doesn't aim at one satellite, but uses a wide signal to hit any satellite that it can, similar to satellite telephones. So I'd expect a much lower throughput, but I'm curious about actual numbers.
