Did you see the fireworks? I think I missed them, usually I can see them from my house but this year I couldn't D:

I went with my parents to one of the huge parks by my house, where we usually go. That sucks you couldn't see any, though! :C Fireworks are always my favourite part.

Also, I keep meaning to talk/get back to you! It's just my IM shyness acting up again, but I'm so sorry.

The Arrogant Worms (who did I Am Not American and most of the other songs) are really awesome and they do some fantastic stupidly Canadian music. And I'm really glad you like it too, because I love all my American friends just as much as my Canadian friends. :>

i just realised...you're still on the danforth right? so the fireworks you speak of, were they at a huge park near woodbine? cause this is the first year i really celebrated in t.o. and i went to see those ones with some friends who all live close by ^^ they were pretty awesome, especially being close enough we got attacked by falling firework debris XD (which would never happen in ottawa)

Yes! Stan Wadlow, I think it's called, right beside my old skating arena. That's always where we go for the fireworks. :D We were sitting pretty close too, right around the edge of the skate park by the path. I don't think we'd ever gotten hit by the debris before. XD
