Kind of a lengthy update, so it's thrown behind an LJ Cut. Enjoy!
Also, cable modem arrived the other day and damn, it kicks ass. Am planning on upgrading my PC gradually over the next couple months, once the bling bling arrives. I also found out my Protege doesn't have a transmission problem, but instead has an electrical problem with the switcher, which isn't an eighth as serious, thank god.
My dad took a trip down to NJ to give his friend a ride to Boston, so I have to make a pit-stop at the old homestead today and walk/feed the dogs, and later tonight Matt is supposed to come over and we're going to see the Incredibles, then he's spending the night. He's quite a catch, I'm hoping it works out... absolutely brilliant, loves politics, amazing cuddler, and cute as hell. He can definitely carry a meaningful conversation and make it interesting, which is always a cornerstone in a relationship, and even if it doesn't work out a friendship with the kid would still be fun as hell.
