The cheese buffs on my friends list (probably not many of you, admittedly) have the right to know that there is a new blog on Livejournal devoted entirely to cheese ramblings of all kinds.

maitre_fromagerIt's brandy new, so there isn't a whole lot there, but from what i can see, it sounds like it'll be pretty amazing. :-) ;-) ;-P
