WAR 01 FINAL BATTLE: FUTURE DIARY
Congrats, you are now at the final stage of the war! Since I can't think of a story this time, I'll just say that this round is based on the Survival Game found in Mirai Nikki (Future Diary)!
What is the survival game? Well, it's basically killing off all the other participants to get the spot of successor to Deus Ex Machina, who is actually god. Each person in the game are given a future-telling diary (most participants use cell phones as diaries) that will help them outsmart the others. However, the catch is that once your diary is destroyed, you will die as well. Isn't that fun?!
OBJECTIVES
* Show that you can stick to one theme for all icons. Use your given diary intelligently so you can best the others.
*Deal with many restrictions. Get the place of successor no matter what!
OR...
* Not submit and get disqualified. Get your diary destroyed by the others.
BATTLE RESTRICTIONS
All participants will be required to make a set of 3 icons according to the themes below, and will also have to follow an additional, preset restriction for all icons in their sets.
Icon Restrictions
Icon #1 - Provided Image
The first icon of the set must use this image, this image AND/OR this image. No other images may be used, but blending any part of the provided ones are allowed. Colour reference for the characters may be found here. If you need to know more about the series and characters, see here.
Icon #2 - Future
The second icon of the set must be themed Future. This may be conveyed through text ONLY. Here are some synonyms.
Icon #3 - Free Choice
You may icon anything you like, but keep in mind the restriction you have been assigned below.
Set Restrictions
Future Diary #1 - The Observer's Diary
As the first holder of a Future Diary, all the icons Mitani Yuuki's set will have to have two or more people in it. You may focus on one particular character, but there needs to be an additional one or more characters visible in the icon. (Duplicates of one character will not count as two people.)
Future Diary #2 - The Stalker's Diary
As the second holder of a Future Diary, all the icons in Shuusuke Fuji's set may not have the eyes show. You may choose to do this by covering the eyes with a brush, cropping it out, etc.
Future Diary #3 - The Murderer's Diary
As the third holder of a Future Diary, all the icons in Uchiha Sasuke's set must have blood and the colour red visible. You may choose to do this by using a caption that is related to blood/red, showing it aesthetically, etc.

VOTING AND POINT SYSTEM
* For the first part of voting, all the icons of each theme will be put against east other for voting. Therefore, this part will have 3 voting tables, one for each theme. The top ranking icon for each table will gain and additional 5 points, the second will gain 3 points, and the third will gain 1 point.
* For the second part of voting, the sets will be put together to be voted for. This part will have one voting table, and all 3 icons in the set will be put together. The top ranking set will gain and additional 8 points, the second will gain 4 points, and the third will gain 2 points.
* The points for calculating the winner will be based on the favourite points from voting, instead of the actual battle points. However, the battle points will be HALVED then added to the total, so it's not entirely discarded. This system is to ensure that everyone has a chance of getting 1st place.
If there are any questions, please send the War Generals a message by responding to this memo. The deadline for submissions is WEDNESDAY, November 28, 2007 @ MIDNIGHT CST. This means you get 2 more days to submit than usual!
